The UTAS-USA UT9M is constructed of a machined lightweight aluminum-alloy upper and lower receivers in multiple colors and designs (Black, FDE, OD Green, Tungsten, Burnt Bronze, Prison Pink, Green Camo, Rustic, US Flag), with a closed-bolt, straight-blowback operational system featuring an enhanced lightened bolt design. This firearm includes an AR-15 type charging handle, manual safety, magazine release catch, takedown, and pivot pins to be as similar to the manual arms of the AR-15 platform as possible.
