The UTAS-USA shotguns come with a one year warranty starting from the initial date of purchase.
Go to the HELP & SUPPORT menu on our web page. Select CUSTOMER SUPPORT TICKET and fill out and submit the form to obtain an Return Material Authorization number. We will provide one to you by email. You can package the firearm in its original package or another box that would fit it securely. Please include your RMA# and a note with your current issues about the firearm inside the box. Also include your contact information like your name, address, email and phone number. We will email you notification and tracking number once the firearm is repaired test-fired, and is ready to ship out. Also, if you are going to use the original box make sure to wrap the outside of the box with some sort of wrapping paper so UTAS-USA is not visible. You can ship firearms using UPS or FedEx. Please use CONTACT US tab below for our shipping address. Include UTAS-USA above address, and below that include Attn: Service and RMA#. Our targeted turnaround time is within 10 business days after receipt of item. Please refer to STATEMENT OF LIMITED WARRANTY for service coverage. If you have additional questions, please feel free to contact us.

All complete firearms, receiver sets, lower receivers and integrally suppressed uppers must be shipped to a licensed dealer.
All other non-serialized components (barrels, bcgs, upper receivers, buffer kits, etc.) can be shipped directly to your home. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O.s.
Payment is due at the time the order is placed. We accept all major credit and debit cards. We do not offer layaway.
No. Federal law requires that all firearms (handguns, rifles, shotguns and lower receivers) must be shipped to a local FFL (federal firearms license). All other parts can be shipped directly to your home.
Our web store is a real time inventory of all items on our website.
If a product is available for backorder it will be listed on the individual product page. For the current lead time of a specific product on backorder please contact us. If you order a product on backorder, your credit card will be charged immediately.
Regarding claims dealing with damaged or blemished products we ask that you notify us within 48 hours upon receiving the shipment by contacting us. Please include photos of the damaged item(s) and original packaging.
